Overview
You want to know why you can't see the ConsRcClient_svc log file on some of your machines.
Information
The consrcclient.exe deletes log files that are older than 5 days. If this is not the reason why you are unable to see the ConsRcClient_svc log file, please check the following registry value and set it to 100 if it has a different value:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\SupportSoft\RemoteAssist\LogLevel
Note: If you will be creating a solution to create this registry value on your machine, the registry key Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\SupportSoft\RemoteAssist\LogLevel is a 32-bit DWORD with a decimal base.
